Organogram Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Organogram and its related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

The Service provides a platform for creating, managing, and sharing organizational charts ("Organograms") and related data. The Service is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or share on the Service ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, but you grant Organogram a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
